We do our off plan sales in Notary Offices where is accepted as the only legal place of buying-selling processes in Turkey.

We make this an enjoyable experience and we take care of all planning and legal matters to ensure total client satisfaction.

We are fully licensed by Turkish British Chamber of Commerce, Izmir Chamber of Commerce, The Chamber of Architects and Turkish Chamber of Civil Engineers.

Mahmut Karahan

Partner, Chief Arcitect

With over 15 years of experience, he has been responsible for many designs and builds around Turkey such as; Izmir; designed and built apartment blocks, Manisa; where the majority of his projects including  private villas, commercial properties and residential complexes have come to fruition. And Didim; projects have included apartments (designed and constructed), restaurants (designed and constructed) shops and coffee, bars (designed and constructed). He has also produced many designs for various leading construction companies in this area.

Graduated from Faculty of Architecture, Dicle University.

Ramazan Karahan

Partner, Chief Civil Engineer

He is responsible for engineering projects to be done and approved by dealing with the local auothorities. He gains planning permissions, various licences , feasability of the design and checks all the structual aspects of the building. Once the construction begins he is on check everyday.

Over 11 years, he has also been involved in projects outside of the Company. He was the Senior Engineer for a Major Project in the city of Izmir. The Project involved the construction of 215 apartments and 78 villas (completed and sold). His engineering expertise has been used in Istanbul  and various other cities in Turkey. Also he spent 18 months in Kazakstan as the Chief Engineer on the construction of a Goverment building and Complex.

Graduated from Faculty of Civil Engineering, 9 Eylul University and also studied MBA in Izmir Ege University.

Cagla Karahan

Partner, Marketing&Sales Manager

She has over 9 years of experience dealing directly with UK Companies for her textile and construction business (fluent in English). Her responsibilities are marketing, promoting the new projects and designs, dealing with the customers as a Customer Representative, following each details on behalf of customers, web site managing, acting  also as a Human Resources Manager for the employees.

Graduated from Faculty of Chemistry, Denizli University and also studied MBA in Izmir (her home City) Ege University.

Yilmaz Gul

Designer

He is the Chief of Technical Department with experience over 5 years, working on computer graghics and property design engineering. An expert in programmes relating to structual designs here in Turkey. The architectural drawings and all 3D designs are produced by him. A strong and valid member of the Team.
